1. Novelty Product Disclaimer
All products sold by Cosmic Land Co. — including but not limited to "1 Acre on Mars" and "1 Acre on the Moon" certificates — are novelty gift items for entertainment purposes only. They are decorative keepsakes and do not convey any legal land ownership, property rights, mineral rights, or any other rights over any extraterrestrial body, including Mars, the Moon, or any other celestial object.
Under the 1967 United Nations Outer Space Treaty, no nation, company, or individual may claim sovereign ownership of the Moon, Mars, or any other celestial body. Cosmic Land Co. makes no claim to ownership of any extraterrestrial land and cannot transfer any such rights to purchasers.
2. What You Receive
Upon purchase, you will receive:

- A digital PDF version of your certificate sent to your email

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Cosmic Land Co. accepts payment via all major credit cards and other methods available at checkout through Shopify Payments. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Printed certificates are shipped via standard mail within 7–14 business days of purchase. Digital PDF certificates are delivered to your email address within 24 hours of order confirmation. Cosmic Land Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed. If your certificate arrives damaged or you did not receive your digital PDF, please contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will make it right.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, copy, and branding associated with Cosmic Land Co. products are the intellectual property of Cosmic Land Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Cosmic Land Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
